Our Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training provides individuals with the necessary training to effectively implement behavior analysis interventions under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA). RBTs play a critical role in providing direct behavior analytic services to clients with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, and other behavior disorders.

Established in 2013 by María Barranco and Lourdes Triana, our organization is dedicated to creating opportunities for Spanish-speaking professionals and individuals to improve their professional skills and career prospects, particularly within the mental and behavioral health sectors.
Leading the organization now are Maria Barranco and her daughter, Erika Fassrainer, forming a dynamic mother-daughter duo equipped with expertise in business administration, psychology, and strategic communications. Both are FIU alumni, with Maria holding a Bachelor's degree in business administration and Erika holding a Bachelor's in Psychology and is now completing her Master's in strategic communications.
Together, they drive Vida Training Center with passion, aiming to empower the Latin community and beyond by offering comprehensive education, training, and career pathways to revitalize careers and stimulate growth.
